    Frequently asked questions.

Can you act as our named MLRO?

In jurisdictions where an outsourced or Virtual MLRO is permitted, yes — subject to regulator approval and appropriate governance arrangements.

Do you provide Deputy MLRO cover?

Yes. Fractional Deputy MLRO cover is a common model for firms whose primary MLRO needs backup, holiday cover or a second pair of senior eyes.

How do you handle conflicts with your other services?

We manage conflicts through separation of teams, documented independence and, where required, exclusion from audit engagements on the same entity.
